Stress it's a killer!! My nephew Izzy just killed over one day mid mango.....

so Saturday after Allies baptism my neck and head started hurting really bad!!!!!!!!!! When I woke up on Sunday morning to get everyone ready for church I couldn't move my neck and I had a big knot on my shoulder, and this morning I was in sooo much pain i wanted to throw up!!! I went to the chiropractor to be adjusted and see if that would help. He told me that my neck was really bad and looked like I had whip lash or been in a car accident.... none of which have happened, but I have been super stressed lately and I think that it is interesting , AND HORRIBLE what it has done to my body!

All I can say is bring on the hot pad, ice and the masseuse! YES I need a masseuse.... and maybe some ibuprofen.
